It seems like most businesses are not even trying any more when it comes to customer service. Thats why when I find someone who actually seems to care if I am satisfied or not, I have to give them some credit. I dropped off my boat at Reynolds Performance Marine in Shepherdsville to have some warranty work done on the lower unit. I did not buy the boat from them, and I have only been there once before, but Tony took the time to talk to me and explain what caused the problem and what he was going to do to fix it. He even started taking the lower unit apart right in front of me to show me some things. I had the boat at another dealer for over a month, and they had just started looking at it, so I went and got it and took it to Reynolds. Tony said he would start working on it tomorrow and it would probably be done next week. I am not sponsored by these people and don't have anything to gain by writing this, I just want to everybody to know that there are still a few boat dealers who are happy to service your boat even if you didn't buy it from them.
