has any one used bobs outboard engine exhaust housing ? if you have is it hard to install and did you notice any benifts. I was thinking of putting it on my 1994 150 intruder. any thoughts?
i was putting an order togeather from bobs and came acrossit so i thought i would throw it out here befor i placed my order.
If you like noise and cutting the mid up, go for it... no performance gain.... i suppose you are talking about a hog snout???????

opening up exhuast like that will give ya a few rpms 50-100 but mph gain will be maybe 1 mph.thAT is my experiance with it on an evinrude 150 about 20 years agoand it will be loud. you will see more gain out of open exhuast with a modded power head.
