Drop shot should work great on Dale....gin clear water, and as stated above bluffs, off shore humps, etc.
Going to use that tomorrow as well if I can stay patientto stay with it.
Only tried it one other time and ran out of patience![]()
Dave
Dale is really clear and deep. Jigs usually do well and Mike and I always throw some cranks as we have caught them really well in water as low as 45 degrees on cranks. FNF works well when the water temp gets below 50 (I suck at it but people like Daniel catch alot of fish on it). Drop shot will work as Jamie proved last winter catching a pair of toads. I dont throw them much anymore but tubes will also catch fish. My best days at Dale, however, have come on topwater (spooks, sammys). This bite is rare for me but when it happens there is nothing better besides getting hooked up with a sailfish.![]()
