    Fuel Vacuum Switch squirts fuel

    I installed a new primer bulb on my 1995 200 Vindicator and pumped it up.Notice fuel squirting out a little hole on fuel vacuum switch and bulb won't stay hard. Is fuel suppose to be coming out of the vacuum switch when priming fuel line?
