Hi all, I have a 93 tandom Ranger trail. Last year I replace the brakes and rotors on my rear axle and had the hubs changed over to bearing buddies. I could hide the fill cap with the hub caps worked out sweet. This year I was leaking air outa all my tires. So i had my buddy who owns a garage down the road a bit take the tires off the rims and remount them all. looks like the front axle is going to need soom love now, have a litttle squeek coming from them. My question is can i just buy the bearing buddies and put them in? if so what size will I need? Or will I have to buy a new hub kit and put them on? My friend says he thinks that the sealed hub(witch is still factory) will not allow the use of bearing buddies he thinks that the bearings and races are built into the hub all one unit. I have to admit the trailer is almost 20 years old and never not once has grief. Any help or idea will help. Well all I have to say is that the squeekie bearings will get some of my hard saved power pole money...... Thanks
