Definitely vortex hubs. They are all on Nitro Z trailers.

The Vortex hub is made by Tiedown engineering. check the website out.

They also make the Turbolube hub which I have on my tandem axle trailer. I had issues with one that would not hold oil, ended up changing the rear seal to a smaller diameter and the problem stopped.
