Need help finding the correct part

I need help finding the correct part that goes in this hole. I tried C&O and Stratos but they both sent me the wrong part. I called and talked to parts dept. at Stratos and they sent me another part that covers the hole but it's not the correct part.

Try UFP.com looks like the cover for access to the brake master cylinder on the accuator

Is the part you are missing a round, black, plastic piece with tabs and a lip on the underside?

I know what it is and what it does, yes it is round and has tabs that help lock it in. Apparently there are several variations of the same part. I got some but they were to large to fit the hole and the tabs did not line up properly.

I got one I didn't need when I got a new A60 actuator for my trailer. Let me take a look at it and take some measurements. If it ends up that it will fit I will just mail it to you.

measures 2" across the inside lip, not sure it will fit though as it has the offset on the inside lip on one side

Dazed66, thanks for the picture. I have four of those and they won't fit. The inside lip is to big and the tabs don't match up. Thanks for taking the time to check

Yours looks like what's on my Nitro trailer. Have you tried Nitro?

No I haven't tried Nitro. sent a picture to UFP to see if they can help.

Not sure but it's close enough to find out

that is not a UFP actuator. That's why the caps don't fit.

Ok, I found out these actuators are made by Tie Down Engineering and the picture they show looks exactly like what I need.The only problem is they are wholesale only and will not sell to the public. I'll see if I can get my dealer to order me a couple.

Had a local dealer order the parts from their distributor and they sent the same part for a UFP actuator and it won't fit
