    BRAKES LOCKING UP IN REVERSE?

I have a 2000 EZ Loader and all of a suddent the brakes are locking up while I am trying to back up. I have checked the connection coming from the truck and have power at my T-One connector so it must be a trailer issue. Are there common places to look on the trailer for this issue or should I just start at the front and work my way back? Where is the actuator (sp) located on these? Thanks for any help.
