Been running 215 Carlisles for 6 years and its about time for some new tires. I found some Kumho trailer tires I like but I have only found them in 205. Anybody ever gone down in size?

I just did the samething yesterday. The tires that were on the trailer 215 and i went to 205 but the load rating is higher on the 205's. I dont see a problem with
that.
If you have a 215-70-xx and go to a 205-75-xx you should be just fine. Over all diameter is roughly the same.
