moving boat in garage side ways

Ive read on hear a few times where you can buy a set of jacks with swivels that go under your trailor tires that make your boat easy to move side ways (tandem axle) in the garage. Do any of you know where I can order online or even what they are called . I have googled every thing I can think of with no luck.

"go jacks" is one brand... You might look in jc whitney, mcmaster car, northern tool etc..
