As I was putting my Champion back in the garage yesterday from a fishing trip, the trim quit working all of a sudden. It will lower the engine but will not raise it when I try all 3 buttons. One minute it worked and the next it did not. I spoke to my engine guy and he said it could be one of the relays have went out. He told me to swap the relays and see it that was the cause. The issue is that I have no idea where the relays are. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!!

It's on the electrical bracket. Behind the rectangular black cover on the engine.
I am not where I can look at it right now but do I need to take off the cover to get to it? Does it just unplug and I can swap them around to find out it if the relay is the issue?

Yes you must remove the engine cover to access the electrical bracket. You didn't post your model # but giving a quick gander at the BRP parts site shows you have only one relay assembly so you can't swap it but you can swap the harness between the up/down.
So I am assuming that I just swap the the posistion of the two connectors and that will let me know if taht is the problem. If that is the case, will I need to purchase teh entire relay assembly? I really do appreciate all of your help on this. I am not mechanically inclined at all.
