Trailer Bearing Help

I need some help identifying the bearings and seals for the following trailer for a Triton TR21:

1999 MFI Tandem Axle Trailer
5 lug pattern with trailer buddy (blue indicators)
GVWR 4100

I did not receive any documentation on the bearings/seals when I purchased the boat and I need to replace the bearings/seals on the front axle.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
