    Trailer Locks

Its an EZ loader trailer with the square end. What type of locks do they have out there. I found one but realized it's for the round ones.

BPS shops will have the longer one you need from time to time. I have also seen them at Wal Mart or Auto Zone. Needs to be longer than the regular type right?

Not sure what your talking about, "long one". Got me confused now. I'm looking for one that has the ball on it. I want to keep it locked up while not in use.

Oh yea, i found the word for it. I have the square coupler, not round.

you have the UFP style tongue and I think your out of luck, I've never seen a security device made for those. the best you can do is to close the ball latch and put a padlock on it.

you can also get one of the lock bars that clamps onto the trailer wheel, they seem pretty decent. the fact is, if someone wants it bad enough they WILL get it.

Little late now but what I did was I had a ball that had some rust on it and wanted to replace so cut the threaded part off w/bandsaw and just lock it in the coupler with same locke that i use to lock when attached to truck. Maybe someone else can find this usefull.

+1, but I cut mine with a torch. Got this idea long ago from the TIPS section on the BBC home page.

The longer of the tww will fit. You can use it when the boat is on the vehicle or at the house. The shorter one goes into the reciever hitch on your truck.
