    Johnson venom 200hp VRO PUMP

    Just bought a 1995 johnson 200hp venom motor with the VRO pump on it. Should i leave the pump attatched or take it off? Do these pumps malfunction easily? What is your opinion. thanks

    I got the exact same engine year and make. Have not had a problem in the last ten years but I am thinking about doing away with it myself

    if anything , just replace it with a new OMS pump . so much easier than mixing
