    New Rapala Crankin Rap

Anybody use these yet? I was watching In Fisherman the other day and they were using them for smallies and I noticed that they look an awful lot like Wiggle Warts. And Doug Stange was saying that they had some of that erratic action like a wart, kicking out every so often.
I am serious. And don't call me Shirley.

I used them a lot last year and it is my opinion they are the best crankbait for bass I have used in a long while. I used the KVD 1.5 and 2.5 as well but had better luck with the cranking raps.

Are you referring to the deeper divers or the shallow square bill? Or both?

I assume the OP is on the deeper ones since he is comparing them to a wart. The other guy must be using the square bill since he is comparing with the 1.5. I have used the square bill and it is a winner. I've not tried the deeper one, but I will.

Not sure about this, but they look alot like the Storm big bass cranks from a couple years back. Same company owns both, rebranded?
