90 johnson 150 GT starting problem

when i try to start my motor it act like it is hitting on only one cyclinder and then the starter kicks out it will do that untill I unhook three plug wires that it will start on them three cyclinder if i cut it off and hook up the other three wires it will start and run the compresson is with in 10 psi of each other and the plugs are fireing it does it with new plugs also and the plugs have fuel on them but dont seem to be flooded out anybody got any ideas

Questions, do you disconnect three plug wires on the same bank, port/starboard, and it will then fire? Will it fire on the muffs with all of the plug wires hooked up? Does it only do this in the H20?
