    Ok Need Help!!! 2003 Stratos 18 XL 150 Johnson (Bomb)

    Ok guys i just bought this boat and i like it alot. The only problem is the Tach Dont Work????? And i have no idea where to start on fixing it. The guy i bought it from said that it had never worked since he had it.... And I for sure want the tach to work. Like i said i need help. Let me know what you guys think. Or how yall think i can fix it.

    It could be multiple things. I would post it in the forum for whatever brand your outboard is, they can help you verify the wiring and if that's correct it would be a defective tach or rectifier.
