I was just shown a document that ELIMINATES the WINDFALL ELIMINATION PROVISION . you should take a copy of this document to the social security office and ask them to recompute your benefit without the WEP.
now the 8th circuit of the United States Court of Appeals has ruled that the WEP does not apply to military technicians. the case was heard altogeter in three different levels of our court system.
