    Unknown object

Ran across something that I'd never seen before in an area I have fished for years. The first pic shows it looks like a couple of parallel metal or concrete objects a few feet long. The second pic from right over the top is a little confusing. Any ideas?

Been studying the pic and thinking maybe it is some sort of pipeline since there is a slight ridge that shows up brighter goin out to the right. Still not sure what the structure itself is though. Could be a bridge abutment since it's right at the edge of a dropoff and the brighter strip could be a roadbed I guess.

I think you are on the right track with the road bed. The structure could be a bridge of old gate.
Alot of old farms had a stone entry way at the front of their driveway that had a gate.

Could be a road with bridge abutments. Top image should have hit zoom to put the zoom box over the iamges instead of the cursor hiding the structure.

You're right, but I was wanting to pinpoint the location so I could go over it with the DI. I should have gotten a couple of more shots of it like you said and also with the range a little tighter. I will go back next chance I get and take another look. The water was pretty choppy when I was checking it out (notice the wavy lines on the left of the pics).

You can still pin point with zoom box you just line up the cross lines and where they intersect is the waypoint location.

Thanks Doug, I learn something new here every day. I didn't know it worked like that.
