Pics from my fisrt time out.

I went out on Sutton Lake Monday and got a few pics. What do you guys think? I want to know if I think I'm seing what I think i'm seeing. Do you guys see alot of fish suspended under the boat? I see them on the down scan and 2D, but I want to know more about the fish on the Si. I had the SI enhance on HIGH to make the fish returns stand out and, the sensitivity was 10. Thanks for any help.[img]http://i720.photobucket.com/albums/ww201/Ranger361Vphotos/002.png?t=1303217576[/img

I think the best images come when the boat is moving in the 3 mph to 5 mph range. Very slow speeds result in poor images.

Yeah, those are fish in and around that channel.

You have some serious interference on the 2D down sonar. Could be coming from the trolling motor, another transducer or the big motor.

I have my SI Enhance on Low.

I agree with Jim. Very slow speeds tend to stretch and elongate the images. You can play with the si enhance, I usually like low also. The more you use it you will find settings you like.

I was playing around with the unit while my buddy was on the t-motor. I did not know that not moving would give bad images. Thanks for the info.

If you slow scroll speed it will crispen the images/ Match Boat speed and scroll speed.
