blocking pop ups/ instant messages ??

im not getting my instant messages,i checked the settings i dont have them turned off, this is the only site im having a prob with... when i come to this page i can hear a click noise then the little blocked pop up icon flashes..no probs on any other site but here...

You have to allow for pop-ups on the BBC. The little click your hearing is the IM getting blocked. It could be getting blocked by another program or a hidden toolbar on your machine.
