How do I resize a picture in my doc to work? Seem like every time I try to use something the file is to big.

Email the picture to me and i will crop it and re-size it for you if you like.Make sure you put BBC in the subject line

Thanks for the help, but my avatar is mostly black and white. Is this the cause of re-sizing?
