Made this up the other night and yummy.

4 chicken breasts
Juice of 4 limes
Zest of 1 Lime (Outter green part of the lime)
3 cloves of chopped galic
Small bunch of cilantro chopped
Approx 1/3 cup of tequila
1 chipotle pepper chopped with the adobe sauce
Salt and pepper

Mix all together in a glass dish and add the chicken, marinade for a few hours, fire up the grill. Add a side of risotto with some of the left over cilantro and chipotle peppers and youve got your self a tasty dinner.
