I made some grilled hot wings last night that were so good I figured I'd share the recipe with my fellow BBCers. I normally fry them, but the clean up is rather extensive and I was feeling lazy last night. Laziness paid off this time; I will never fry wings again!

This will cover about 30-40 wings.

Sauce:
6 cups of Texas Pete
1/2 cup butter
Tabasco (to taste)
Red pepper (to taste)
Dash of black pepper
1/2 tablespoon garlic salt
Dash of celery seed
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

Bring sauce to a boil and let simmer.

Put the wings in a large bowl and cover with a small portion of the sauce, salt, pepper, and a little canola oil. Mix well and set aside. Fire up the charcoal grill, let the coals get nice and hot and be sure to spread them evenly.

Arrange wings on the grill, turning often so the wings don't burn. When they are golden brown with a little crisp on them, pull them off and mix them with the sauce. Enjoy!
