For cooking chops without a whole lot of prep work or time:
Lightly cover chops with olive oil, add about 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, and then add chili powder. Rub into chops evenly. Put on grill and cook to 170 internal temperature. If they are thick butterfly them before you start.
Amounts will vary for personal taste and amount of chops.![]()
Great sides are lightly steamed (still crispy, not mushy) fresh broccoli, about 7 minutes cooking time, and your favorite rice (brown or white), the rice can take a while if it's not "minute rice" so plan ahead.
I eat this meal about once a week and it has yet to get old. Enjoy!
