1 5lb Chicken (use 5 cups of stock)
1 16 oz bag of frozen cut okra
1 medium bell pepper
1 med onion
1 16oz can whole tomatoes
tobassco (desired)
parsley flakes (1/2 tsp)
salt (tsp)
worchestire sauce ( 2 Tblsp)
celery seed ( 2 Tblsp)
bay leaves (2)
olive oil ( 5 tblsp)
rice
boil chicken 1hr 15min
another pot : 5 tblsp olive oil to cover bottom of pot
chop onion and bell pepper and put into oil
add frozen cut okra
cut up tomatoes in can and pour in contents
pour in 5 cups of chicken stock
add salt , celery seed, tobassco, worchestire, parsley flakes and bay leaves
pull apart chicken into pieces and add
let simmer til desired
