Grab you a few slabs of baby back ribs and do the following:
1. Line roaster pan with foil.
2. Spray foil with non stick cooking spray.
3. Season ribs with your favorite spices or dry rub.
4. Cover both sides of ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce liberally.
5. Cover top of ribs in pan with foil.
6. Marinate in fridge for at least 8hrs or overnight for best results.
7. Place pan on center rack in preheated oven at 300 degrees.
8. Cook at 300 degrees for 2 1/2hrs.
9. Open foil and Enjoy!!!!!!
Optional: You can put on outdoor grill for a few minutes to crisp up outside but be careful not to burn. The meat will fall off the bones. Tastes great too.
