you will need: tomato soup,whole baby carrots,russet potatoes,white or yellow onions,celery, and either tenderloin or hind quarter cut up in 1 to 2 in cubes.cut up potatoes in fairly small wedges or chunks.leave carrots whole.dice onion and celery.try 2 get amounts even in piles befor putting in crockpot, then layer each thing in one at a time.salt and pepper each layer moderately to keep track of how much your putting in,its a gamble if you wait till last or it will be too salty or too bland.contnue to add a layer of each thing,salt and pepper until everything is in.then add 2 to 3 cans of tomato soup(the secret ingredient) and add water until it just covers the top of stuff.stir it up and turn crockpot on low for 8 to 12 hours,depending on how firm you like potatoes (ps leave skin on pots. for best flavor). i like alot of pepper in mine,but you might want to experiment.get ready you may want to slap ur mommas after this one.![]()
