<U></U>Corn Chowder
1 Medium Onion
6 Potatos
4 Cans Cream corn
16oz. Heavy Cream
2 Table Spoons of butter
2 Table Spoons on EVOO
Salt and Pepper
Dice onion and cube potatos
1. In a medium sause pan saute onions until tender.
2. Add the can of corn, potatos, heavy cream and salt and pepper to taste.
3.Cook on medium to low heat until the potatos are tender and enjoy!!!
