I have a 96 200 that doesnt idle very good.When I checked the compresion it had 115 in all cylinders excepted bottom two. Passenger side has 96 drivers side 105. Could this be my problem

I think your alright if you go by the 10% rule.
115 x 10% = 11.5, 115-11.5=103.5
As I had to learn it's probably fuel supply issue. Your more than likely pulling air somewhere.
On the intake manifold behind the carbs there are 3 per side. You have to remove them to test. If you can pull alcohol from the screen side and not push it back through they are OK as they are a one way valve. If you can push the alcohol back through then it needs to be replaced. You can also try this; with the motor running on cooling muffs and at idle and up to temp trim the motor slowly up and down if the idle characteristics change then you need one or more recircs.
Nut driver or deep well socket should be a 5/16". They unscrew.
