Nice job , I did the same install a while back, I can see that you cut way into your storage box, I had to cut into my storage box also but only about 2 inches, then I used a ton of clear water proof silicone to make sure there was no leaks, and I also sealed the edges of the tray lip. This was a great ad on because I feel like I'm standing flat footed while working trolling motor.
