Problem with 2003 150 hp Johnson start and run the stall

First thing hit the water and start with run for while warm up and long run and few hours fishing so start again no problem i push the console forward gear the motor turn off and repeat start up as same as problem for 10 times i decided the gas pedal to hold my foot about 2000 rpm and push foward gear finally move and high speed run 5500 rpm started the stall back n forth 5500 to 4000 rpm on tachometer it s must be misfired or else. what s the problem last year new spark plugs and tune up etc... Solve the Problem ??

Cheer up to ChampioNman it work run fine and no problem with motor run....... One Expect full wot less speed.......... it was 60mph before i fixed. After fix on adjustment what your pictures describe me Hit the water last saturday the run 55 mph full throttle any thing i missed the adjustment ???

You need to make sure the clear roller is on the throttle cam follower now letting you get wide open throttle. Take off the cover for your carbs and apply the throttle to wide open. The plates need to be perpindicular to the carb bodies at full throttle.
