    Mounting a Fuel/Water Filter

I need to mount a fule filter/water sep. on my Allison XB2003. I have figured out the mounting location. My question is how to drill the holes? What is the best way to drill into the fiberglass without causing damage. I need to drill two 5/16 bolt holes.

It is an interior frame member so I will not be going through the outside of the hull

    thanks

just use a good sharp drill bit,and put a good sealant like 5200,into the holes and use stainless bolts.
