My dad and I started on it today. We got another 20XD we are picking up in 2 weeks. Taking the cap off of it to replace this one, The hull is trashed on the other. I know the cap doesnt look that bad in the pics but it is way worse than it looks. Had another boat run up over the starboard side from the front to the transom!! The console is cracked all to hell and pushed down about 2 inches. Some guys try to fix it but they did more harm than good.
