I can't restore the finish on my fiberglass fenders anymore. I've buffed, polished and tried wet sanding, but I can pretty feel the flake all over. Since these are just fenders, and they only get dunked in the water, and spend most of their time in a garage, would a rattle can paint job hold up okay? Are there specific primers and spray paints that would work better on a fiberglass fender? Thanks for any suggestions.
