Wet sanding, and buffing,
Wash the boat with a good boat wash that has wax remover in it.. then spray the stains with a 50/50 mix of bleach to water , let that dry .. then wash the boat again , then wet sand if there is no flake with 800, all over the hull, rinse, wet sand with 1000, repeat with 1500, then 2000.. then buff with a good buffing compound like meguiars heavy cut, then again with medium cut, then Machine Glaze .. then a good waxing/sealer like bass boat saver.. then will be white and shiney![]()
LOTS of elbow grease required but its the only way to do it other than a new boat

I love the smell of two strokes, and polyester resin
I've had good results with Starbrite Instant Hull Cleaner.

oxalic acid (small % mixed in water). I think thats whats in nuhull too.
I just use an oxalic-based deck (as in patio) cleaner because I had it laying around. spray on, rinse off, done.![]()
no way you should have to wetsand![]()
My boat was stained pretty bad and I got some tub and tile scum remover and used it and it works great also 1\2 water and 1\2 vinger will work also. Spray it on let it sit for around 10 minutes and spray off and repeat till it is white again. Then wax and put some type of protectant on like BBS.
I have had white boats for 12 years and always use Tilex soap and scum remover with great results. Spray it on a section, let it sit for a few, wipe and rinse.Dow scrubbing bubbles also does a great job.

Try a Mister Clean magic eraser. Those things are great, and they dont cost all to much.
