Am I understanding this right - you could use this stuff to repair a chip or scratch in the gelcoat? Sorry to be so dense...
What about a deep gouge or something? Pretty much, this is gelcoat in an aerosol can?
I would try it, if it works your way ahead of the game. Let me know how it came out.
