wet sanding

can i wet sand the white part of my hull ?

Yes white can be wet sanded too.
On a lot of boat manufacturers the white gelcoat will not have the clear gelcoat top coat that is on polyflake gels, but sanding it is the same procedure for taking out scratches or a dull finish.
