I had a repair hole about 4'' x 20'' on the chine I believe it's called; center v-shape running down the center of the hull right up to the transom on my tri-hull. I have layered about 10 layers of CSM and heavy roving for structure but the chine didn't take the original form as well as I hoped. I assume the boat will not handle at all under throttle until this is fixed so what product do I need to use to reshape the chine?
Also what do I need to use as a top coat/sealer? Not concerned with how it looks because it will get new paint eventually. Just want it water proof so I don't have to fix it again.![]()
thanks
