Do a search and should find some good info. I did mine but with Auto clear and it turned out great. Next time will get gel coat to spray on, thats the best and longer lasting way. Good luck

Gel is not hard to spray if you are used to spraying urathane paint. That is basicly what it is. I resprayed my Ranger 372v and it is not easy but it can be done. Talk with the folks at http://www.fibreglast.com/ they were very helpful with what products to purchase and quanities. Once you mix the Gel Coat and thinner befor you add the hardner it will have the consistency of regular urathane auto paint. Once you add the hardner you had better be ready to spray because depending on temp and humidity it will start to gel in the cup in about 10 to 15 minutes so you need to be on your game before you add the hardner to your mix. I mixed everything in a clean gal paint can then added the hardner to the cup after I filled the cup. I hope this helps.

I'm not sure how to figure out how much to buy.I painted a fender on the trailer(twice) and it didn't even use maybe 2 tablespoons full.I'm sure the parts dept. guys at Ranger will know how much to get you!! They are first class all the way!
