ok i decided to wet sand the boat(topside ony).i need to wet sand to get the oxidation off.
after i am done what should i use as a clearcoat.emanel or polyurathane?
i have a spray gun and a place to spray it.

Neither.... use a clear gel coat..the others will end up flaking and peeling off in a few months....

How did your project come out ? I'm eager to renovate my old bass boat with a new gel coat. Any before/after pics ?
I am still working on it. I have been busy being a new grandpa and she takes alot of my time up....but I dont mind....I will post some pics soon on both of them....
