My 363V might be like yours?? I have to push down and back at the same time to get it to unluck. It is like a little barrel lock underneath.

It should be the same as a 365 and if it is..... Sit on the seat facing forward and push straight back and as it backs up (very slightly-maybe an inch?) it will lift at the front . It just hooks at two points on the aluminum frame just inside and under the front edge roughly where you sit and that's it. Good luck
