    spider cracks

    Is there an easy way to take care of spider cracks?

    You can try to fix them, but in most cases they will just reappear. The gelcoat is a hard material that will eventually spider crack around high stress areas. The fiberglass flexes and over time, causes the spider cracks. If you fix them, they will only re-appear, unless you can stop the flexing. But, boats are made to flex under loads.

    I think most boats develop these over time. Treat them as battle scars.
