I really like simple green its safe for the boat and the enviroment. Not to mention it just really works great on mildew or any stain for that matter.
Then I would follow it up with some good vinyl conditioner such as Mequiers Vinyl conditioner.
I have white seats on a 1996 Ranger that look like new and are bright white still. So I must be doing something right.
use softscrub. it has bleach and little abrasive action to remove the meldew. put it on and very slightly spreate it over the surface. let set fo 2-3 minutes and scrub till molds removed. coat seats with 3m vinyl conditioner.
after you get it clean, soak it with meguiars vinyl & rubber cleaner/conitioner. just let this stuff soak in real good and then wipe it down. I let it sit over night and then wipe it down.
