OK, whats the real deal with scuffs?

Alright guys, I have tried the brasso to no avail. I tried the wet sanding with little success (unless I want to spend 100 days doing it). I am about out of options, short of going to the auto parts and buying what I should have gotten in the first place.

I have a bunch of scuffs on my boat that I want to get rid of. The overwhelming majority of them you can't even feel when you run your fingernail across them. They just look horrible. Should I go ahead and get a kit to do her up? Any reccomendations on a good kit or compound I can use to get this thing back looking "almost new"?

Get some 2000 grit compound and a good high speed electric BUFFER......
and try it they should all buff right out, if they are little....REMEMBER to keep moving.
Gelcoat is hard to burn ,but it can be done!
What put them on the boat????
