Adjusting 6" Slidemaster Jackplate

Anyone have instructions on how to make adjustments on a 6" manual jack-plate?

I have one. Loosen the three (i believe) bolts on each side of the plate. When they are loose the side plate will fall. Then adjust with the bolt in the middle top of the jackplate to the hieght you want. The bolts (top vs. sides) are different sizes.

Be sure to mark the plate with a pencil or Sharpie so that you have a starting reference point. Slidemaster is a very easy plate to adjust.
