I spoke with Bob a few weeks ago about getting insurance on a boat that I had ordered. Bob took the time and explained the difference about insurance companies and policies. After doing a little more research I decided to go with Bob. He was able to provide me with better insurance and save me quite a bit of money at the same time.
I get the word that boat will arrive on Saturday, so I call Bob on Friday morning and I learn that he was on vacation. Andrew and Bill took care of everything and had me insured in less than ten minutes.
