I would like to express my complete satisfaction with Bob Luellen and World Wide Marine. I recently took out the lower unit on my boat on a reef, called Bob, notified the insurance company, dropped it by the marina and let Bob take care of the rest.
Because I'm self-employed, I understand the value of Customer Service. When I receive excellent service, a better product, and a lower price, that becomes a no-brainer.
I have had the opportunity to recommend Bob several times in the past month and certainly won't hesitate to do it again.
