Bob came through for me also.
I have been with State Farm for 29 years for my auto, home and boats. I also was guilty of just calling my agent at State Farm and telling him what I am buying and to put some insurance on it for this value. Well, I started reading some posts in this thread and also have had some discussions with other anglers resulting in feeling my premiums might be a tad high. Don't get me wrong. I am not putting down State Farm but as Bob has spoke about, some of these companies don't specialize in boat insurance. I was paying almost $950.00 per year for my 2009 Nitro Z-9 with low deductables. I had even made a claim back in 2007 and State Farm took care of me. After talking with Bob I was able to get a "as good" to slightly better policy saving about $450.00 for the year. With todays economy that savings will go a long way. I recommend everyone to review their policy then give Bob a call. Thanks Bob.
