    Fuel leak around carb...

Guys I have a 97 150 Intruder Evinrude and have been noticing that when I put the boat in the garage that fuel/oil would start to run down the midsection and puddle on the cavitation plate. I thought that it might be a busted line so I replaced all the lines and discover that the middle carb on the port side of the engine was leaking. When I pump the primer bulb......fuel will come out from the sides. Enclosed is a pic.....the fuel will come out right where the end of the screwdriver is(between the black part when the butter fly sits and the bare aluminum)

Pic of the oil puddling on the carb below it...

Is this something as simple as replacing the gasket? I have never seen a carb motor do this before
